Angela Tzamouranis founded Milo Blue Designs in 2018, establishing a brand dedicated to crafting original jewelry that celebrates individuality and personal expression. Each piece begins with raw sterling silver or gold, which Angela transforms into exquisite, hand-forged designs. Her process is deliberate and meticulous, focusing on the slow, careful construction of each detail to create one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art. Angela's dedication extends to collaborating with her customers, working closely with them to design jewelry that beautifully conveys their personal stories. As a self-taught artisan, Angela embraces the freedom and creativity that come with independent learning, constantly seeking and devising new techniques while staying informed about the latest developments in tools and materials. Her commitment to responsible and sustainable artistry is evidenced by her use of recycled silver and gold, as well as her procurement of responsibly sourced gems and unique stones from independent small businesses.

Angela was born and raised in Lake Placid, New York. Growing up in the Adirondack Park, nature became her sanctuary, providing solace and inspiration while fueling her creativity. Today, Angela's studio in Connecticut is her creative haven. The expansive windows of her converted sunroom offer sweeping views of the picturesque and ever-changing New England landscape, continually inspiring her work.
