Please contact us within 4 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. You will have 14 days after contacting us to send back your item.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
We are not responsible for any jewelry lost or damaged in the mail, please ship returns in their original packaging and consider shipping via a carrier with tracking.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 4 days if the item is defective.
A return shipping label will be provided in the case of a defective item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom Orders and Personalized Jewelry are considered a final sale, and are not eligible for return. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
