Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 3 business days of receiving payment.  

Certain items and bespoke jewelry take longer to ship- We will inform you if this is the case. 

On rare occasion, there may be a lapse between the time you place an order and the update of a product's status when sold on location.  We do our best to make sure this does not happen, however, on the slight chance it does, you will be refunded as soon as we receive your order. We will also send you a $25 gift card, for the inconvenience, to use at any time.   

You will receive confirmation of your order, and tracking information once your order is shipped.  We are not responsible for delays with the United States Post Office, once your package is mailed.
